SELLER DESCRIPTION

This ultra clean 40 Sedan Bridge has spent its entire life on a freshwater lake in Kentucky. She has the correct Cat engine package, the preferred three stateroom arrangement plus nice options like the stainless steel package, full Raytheon package and the Plan A Flybridge layout. This boat just received her spring service which includes four coats (!) of bottom paint. As of Sept. 2008 now located in Ft. Galley:
Just inside and to port of the sliding stainless steel entry door is an off white settee that converts to a double sleeper at the touch of a button. Above is a soffit with two cabinet doors. Just forward of the settee is a raised booth type Dinette. The aft seat of the Dinette has a pull out bar unit and the forward end has two storage cabinets. There is plenty of light in this area due to the stainless steel trimmed front windows.On the starboard side of the Salon opposite of the settee is the yacht s Galley. It includes a Norcold under counter refrigerator/freezer. A molded granite like (sandstone Sierra) countertop with built in sink with a cutting board cover, Kenyon three burner Ceran cook top with sea rails, a built in Black & Decker coffeemaker, a Panasonic microwave/convection oven, an in counter NuTone blender. Storage is provided via five drawers, four cabinet doors and a tambour storage cabinet and a concealed trash receptacle.Also in this area are digital AC controls.
