MAR-BAR-LIZ represents Broward's successful 20' beam series which features a four stateroom layout with crew quarter's aft. A private VIP Stateroom with Queen berth and private bath is forward, accessed through a stairwell from the galley. The Galley features all maple cabinetry along with corian countertops, ceramic tile floors with GE Profile and Kitchen Aide appliances throughout.

Aft and up three steps to the oversized Pilothouse featuring teak and holly sole along with a raised upholstered settee with built-in drawer storage and foot rest, corian table and teak and holly flooring. Further aft is the On-Deck Powder Room with custom marble vanity and flooring, gold fixtures and custom wallcovering. Next, the MAIN SALON and DINING AREA feature solid maple woodwork and cabinetry with elegant neutral tones throughout. There is a custom L-shaped sofa along with occasional chairs, entertainment center and dining table for six. The salon is equipped with oversized windows and a glass aft bulkhead with a centerline glass door to the aft deck. This area features ample bench seating and a spiral staircase down to the aft Crew Quarters and Engine room. Teak decks and teak stairway to swim platform were installed in 2003.

Below deck, the Owner's Stateroom features a King-size bed, maple dresser, two walk-in cedar closets and His & Her marble baths. There are two Guest Staterooms port and starboard with twin berths, each with their private baths featuring exquisite marble throughout.

The oversized Flybridge is equipped with bench seating, wet bar with refrigerator and icemaker and bimini top. The boat deck features a 14ft Novurania and 1500lbs davit.
