1998 CARVER BOATS 405 AFT CABIN, This 1998 Carver 405 Motoryacht with 330 hp Cummins Diamond series diesel engines has been very well taken care of and shows to be in excellent condition. Her interior as well as the exterior shows much better than many newer boats. Her maintenance has been timely and thorough and her engine room shows it. She has excellent equipment including 9kw Kohler generator, autopilot, windlass, glendinning cablemaster, color chart plotter, radar, VHF and much more. Accomodations:
Sleeps 4 in 2 staterooms, dinette sleeps 2 to accommodate 6 owners and guests. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including guest head. This 405 aft cabin motoryacht is in excellent condition. She is a very open and spacious vessel with her 13'10" beam. She has a guest stateroom forward with a double bed, overhead hatch, hanging locker and storage lockers and drawers plus a separate Vacuflush guest head with holding tank and mascerator pump. Aft to starboard is the galley with a two burner electric stove with oven, microwave oven, full size refrigerator with separate freezer, Corian counter tops with built-in sink with hot and cold pressure water plus plenty of cabinets and lockers for food and dish storage. Across to port is a large dinette which seats four comfortably with storage beneath the seats. Up three steps is the salon with a large L-shaped sofa to port with two built-in recliner seats, two lounge chairs to starboard plus an intertainment center with TV, stereo and DVD player. Aft and down three steps is the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed, closets plus storage drawers and cabinets. The guest stateroom also has an adjoining head area with a large separate shower, vanity with sink, a Vacuflush marine toilet with holding tank plus mascerator plus storage for toiletries. Aft of the salon and up the steps is a large sundeck with lounge furniture, an icemaker and sink are housed in a separate cabinet. The Eisenglass is in new condition and wing doors provide access to the side decks. Access to the flybridge is from both sides of the sundeck with a large helm and mate seating arrangement behind a very large console. A large bench seat is located in front of the console for guests. The Eisenglass is in like new condition with U-Zip windows.
