Why choose? The Regal LSR dual console model was designed to accommodate both needs. With the cockpit seating removed (six thumb screws), the entire aft section converts into a fishing arena featuring built-in rod holders, two large floor hatches with removable fish - storage boxes, and an elevated fishing platform. The fishing package also includes an aerated live well, raw water wash down system and tackle locker. Electronics include a Lowrance GPS/Sonar, with added hardware/software that allows you to plot your trip on your laptop and transfer the route to the Lowrance with a Nautic Path chip. VHF radio and am/fm CD are also on board. Time to take the family out? Stretch out on the sundeck, or lounge on the laydown back-to-back seats. There is enough seating for 8. No need to sit on coolers. The forward bow has pop-up armrests, a picnic table, large storage areas for fenders and gear, and two telescoping ladders (bow and stern) that makes it easy to unload kids on/off the boat. The companion side console has a fresh water sink and cooler that drain directly overboard. The Captains console holds the porta potty. Both consoles have tons of storage capacity. Weather looking ugly? My LSR also comes with a full camper enclosure to extend your boating experience during those cold or wet days. Her power comes from a gas sipping 5 Liter Mercruiser engine with 200 original hours and Bravo III outdrive with dual stainless steel props. She will cruise effortlessly at 30 mph with top speed at over 42 mph. She holds 73 gallons of fuel. Trailer included. I have spared no expense in maintenance and have the receipts to prove it, having recently replaced manifolds, risers and batteries.
