SELLER DESCRIPTION

This very nice, one owner 272 Sailfish, is now available for sale. She is in very nice condition, powered by twin 200 Yamaha HPDI 2 stroke motors. Options include the factory hardtop and 4 sided enclosure Raymarine SL70 Pathfinder Radar, Lowrance Fishfinder and Icom VHF radio. The built in swimplatform/motor bracket has a fold-out swim ladder and stbd side transom door. The nice/deep/safe cockpit that is perfect for fishing or just afternoon cruising. There is a large livewell mounted in the port stern and raw water washdown system as well. Fish/storage boxes are located forward in the cockpit. The Capt and mates seats are both pedestal seats that sit on a raised platform for excellent visability. The cabin is nice and clean, features a fully enclosed head and shower. The galley is to port and has a sink, microwave oven and single burner stove (never used). The dinette table lowers and has a cushion on top making this space into a full V-berth for sleeping. Accomodations:
Full sleeping accomodations for 4 adults, two on the Full V-berth and 2 more in the Mid-cabin berth. A fully enclosed head and shower is located in the cabin, stbd side. There is a Jabsco manual Flush toilet with holding tank and macerator pump for overboard discharge.

Galley:
There is a very nice sized galley inside the cabin including: Fresh water sink, galley storage compartments, Microwave oven, single burner alcohol stove and a 12v Norcold refrigerator.

Electrical System:
Shore power is provided by a 30 amp shore power connection and there is a Charles Battery Charger.Battery power is supplied through 3 on board batteries, each with its own selector switch. Engine alternators keep the batteries charged while the engines are running. There is a complete 12 volt switch and breaker system for all on-board systems.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Wide beam and a moulded in swim platform and motor bracket make for safe and easy entry from the stern. There is a folding swim ladder on the port stern and a transom door on the stbd stern. A transon shower is located on the stbd stern. The nice/wide/deep cockpit has full coming pads and a convenient stern seat. The large transom livewell is located in the port quarter. Fish boxes are forward in the cockpit and have jump seats cushion tops. There is also tackle storage drawers and other storage conveniently within reach of the cockpit. The helm deck is raised and offers excellent visability is any sea conditions. Recessed side decks make access to the bow safe and easy.
