2001 Alaskan Pilothouse, The Alaskan 60 is constructed on a modern semi-displacement fiberglass hull with cored hullsides, a long prop-protecting keel, hard chines, and a fully integrated swimplatform. The standard 3-stateroom floorplan includes the owners suite amidships with a private salon entrance. The galley is forward of the salon and the day head opposite the galley which is a very practical convenience. Additional features include a spacious engine room with near-standing headroom, stabilizers, davit, bow thruster, a big storage lazarette under the cockpit and wide protected sidedecks. 660 hp and CAT engines make a cruising speed of 15-16 knots.
