Accomodations:
Varnished mahogany interior, air conditioning. 2 cabins with double berths. The salon has new dinette table with drop down conversion. Salon also has sideboards with stowage space and lockers. The chart table has large compartments for charts, instruments and stowage. Head has Lectra San toilet with new mascerator pump.. Vanity has easy care synthetic surfaces, seperate shower with sump pump.

Mechanical Equipment:
Volvo 50 hp inboard diesel engine (MD 22P) with 7 knots cruising speed, 60 gal fuel tank. New carry-on Honda generator.

Galley:
Gimbaled propane stove with 2 burners and oven. Ice box with 12v refrigeration unit, doule stainless steel sink, stowage and drop doors. Water tank holds 100 gallons. New microwave and toaster oven.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
NEW EQUIPMENT: Raymarine C80 Multifunction Navigation display. Raymarine- Raystar 125LP Seatalk & NMEA 12 channel. Raymarine 24 Mile 2kw 18" dome with 15 meter cable- Pathfinder Radar. Gimballed bracket on backstay.

Electrical System:
New: 4 Marine Gel Batteries. Tri Metric 2020 Battery system monitor. 12v. panel with automatic fuses, 110v. shore supply with battery charger. 110v outlets, VHF antenna and cable. New: satellite radio antenna, WIFI antenae, TV booster and cell phone booster.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Double spreader Selden mast with in mast furling, Furlex furling system for headsail, Selden rigid boom vang. Sheets and halyards led to cockpit, Rutgerson line clutches. Self tailing jib and halyard winches. New: Davits, solar panels, double anchor roller, Fortress anchor.

Sails and Rigging:
In mast mainsail, roller furling head sail, NEW: asymetrical sail.
