2002 TOP HAT Center Console Launch, This 26 Top Hat was designed and built by Doug Hylan of Brooklyn, Maine. She is a development and enlargement of the successful Handy Billy series of handsome quiet, capable, easily driven runabouts. Pagan is built to very high standards and finished with varnished mahogany trim and bronze hardware. Her cuddy cabin affords protection from the elements as well as two bunks and space from a Porta-Potti. Pagan s engine is mounted in a well aft, making her exceptionally quiet due to her light displacement and modest beam. She is easily driven to 20+ knots by her modest, economical 50 HP 4 stroke engine. Pagan has been maintained as new at a top boat yard and is ready for the 2008 season. Highly recommended to those who seek a distinctive classic runabout for picnic outings, fishing or harbor cruising.
