Galley:
The galley is located forward on the port side, and has Cameo White Corian countertops. The holding plate refrigeration and freezer systems have digital controls. The refrigerator has both front and top loading access;the freezer is top loading. The doors are the double stepped , gasketed type, and the quality of the whole package is very impressive. The Seaward cooktop is concealed by a drop-down, stainless steel lined cover, and is creatively designed to include two electric and two propane burners. Some of the advantages are cooking at anchor, reducing load on the generator and the precision of propane temperature control. Below the cook top is a Sharp Carousel microwave oven. The sink is an under-mounted stainless steel unit with a Grohe single lever fixture. Under the sink are three drawers and waste receptacle locker, and under the convection microwave is a deep drawer for pots and pans. Forward under the chart flat is dedicated storage for plates, cups, etc. Pantry storage is available in two teak, hanging cabinets above the refrigeration systems, and in the deep drawer under the adjacent salon settee. As well, just adjacent to the forward end of the galley in the companionway down to the berthing accommodations is a large double-doored pantry closet. Deck and Hull Equipment:
This vessel has bulwark doors for boarding convenience and safely. Sturdy stainless steal handrails line side decks. Additional stainless steel cleats have been added to allow more options in docking and line handling. The teak decks are in good condition, and the meticulous maintenance this boat has enjoyed in general is clearly evident. The overhanging upperdeck begins forward of the deckhouse and covers the side and aft decks. The upgraded hawsepipes and cleats are noticeably sturdy. The ships electrical service and water can be supplied fore or aft. Forward, on the anchor pulpit is a LoFrans 1200 watt windlass and two stainless steel anchor rollers. The vessels working anchor is a 60 pound CQR on all chain rode. In the middle of the forward cabin trunk a custom port was fitted to enhance light and ventilation in the master cabin. Aft, a large hatch with gas lifts accesses the lazarette, laundry and engine room. The main cabin entrance is through double sliding teak and glass doors that pocket to the starboard, and there is a door immediately outboard of the lower helm, accessing the starboard side deck.. One reaches the flybridge via a molded FRP stairway with sturdy hand rails and teak treads.
