Accomodations:
Above decks you will find a circular cockpit that was meant for entertaining. Features include a walk-thru transom, hot/cold transom shower, stern rail seats and an icebox and cockpit table in the helm pedestal. Below decks the large and airy salon is well lit and roomy enough to seat seven for dinner and is outfitted with custom interior fabrics. A total of 16 opening ports and hatches assure wonderful ventilation on even the hottest days. All opening ports come with screens and the fixed ports in the main salon have accordion window shades. The large master stateroom offers a queen size birth athwart ships, custom bedding fabric, seating, storage bins/drawers and two large hanging lockers (one is wet). The v-berth offers guests a private stateroom with vanity, under berth storage and hanging locker. Fully enclosed head aft with separate shower and entrances from both the aft cabin and main salon, Corian countertops and large mirrored medicine cabinet as well as additional storage under the vanity sink.

Mechanical Equipment:
"Livin Beyond Zero" features a freshwater cooled Yanmar 40 hp diesel engine, 2-Blade Feathering Max Prop, PSS Dripless Shaft Seal, 30 gallon fuel tank, 75 gallon water tank, 35 gallon holding tank, tank gauges. Full Yanmar Engine Service Manual and spare filters included as well.

Galley:
Complete cruising galley features include a three burner gimbaled LPG stove with oven, Corian countertops, double stainless steel sinks, top loading refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave oven, and under-counter trash can. Ample storage is provided with several cabinets and drawers. The galley also features a built-in dish rack.
