VERY CLEAN ---- FRESH WATER ONLY SEE IT TODAY.Located in our heated storage building for easy viewing, this Ocean is in pristine condition and has always spent the summers in Milwaukee in fresh water and the winters in our heated storage facility. In addition, the vessel has been maintained and serviced by Harborside Yacht Center from the original date of delivery. The owner has her set up for fishing or cruising with friends and family. She s not a commercial fishing vessel but she s ready for charters if needed.She's outfitted with 5 Canon Riggers, Fishhawk Temperature, Rupp 30 riggers w/double box spreaders F.B. release.Her Bridge has 3 Ray Marine 10" screens for Radar, color Chart Plotter and Fish finder. She's got 3 VHF Radios and a Ray Marine ST7001 Auto Pilot along with Twin Disc trolling valves, Hardtop w/Bomar hatch and spreader lights and a full bridge enclosure.

Accomodations:
This yacht has sleeping accommodations for four in two staterooms. As you enter the main salon there is an L-shaped sofa with rod Storage on the port side which includes a coffee table, a barrel chair on the starboard side. The Dinette is located just forward on the starboard side with a raised dinette high gloss teak table and u-shaped seating. The stateroom and head are then entered thru a companionway on the port side. The master stateroom forward has a queen size berth, mirror, night stands and lots of drawer space and hanging lockers. The guest stateroom has a double berth with cabinets above in lieu of upper bunk.
