Very nice 270 Coastal with hardtop, full electronics, 4 sided curtains, Generator, Heat/AC and brand new trailer. Powered by an 8.1 liter Volvo Penta I/O and a duo-prop stern drive, she cruises at 27 mph and tops out close to 40, new Manifolds and Gimble Bearing in Fall/07. Transferrable Extended Warranty until 04/2011. Loaded with features for fishing like fresh water washdown, raw water washdown, built in fish boxes, huge livewell and plenty of rod holders. Electronics include a Garmin 2006c Color Chartplotter, Raymarine DS600x Fishfinder, Raymarine ST5000+ Autopilot, Guest remote spotlight, Simpson Lawrence electric Windlass, Standard Horizon VHF radio w/ DSC. The cabin features a full galley, enclosed head and shower with a Vac-u-flush toilet, a mid-cabin sleeping berth, convertible dinette table and full V-berth. This fine 270 Coastal has never been bottom painted, it was dry stored until last year when a new 3 axle aluminum I-beam trailer was purchased for the boat. Accomodations:
The cabin is roomy and open. Sleeping space for 4 adults is provided in the V-berth and in the very wide mid-berth space. The enclosed stand-up head features a Vac-u-flush toilet and moulded in sink.

Galley:
Very nice galley with a Norcold dual voltage refrigerator, single burner electric stove, microwave oven and sink with hot and cold water.

Electrical System:
Dual Engine starting and house batteries with selector battery switch. There is a complete switch and breaker panel for all 12 volt equipment. There is a battery for the Westerbeake 3cyl generator, also a 30 amp shore power system that is capable of suppling 110volt power for the Cruiseair heat/ac system and all galley equipment.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
There is a moulded in swim platform, trim tabs and a fresh water engine flushing attachment on the swim platform. A large Igloo Cooler is mounted on the swim platform. A transon door is located on the port stern and there is a fresh water pull-out shower located here. Raw water washdown is located just inside the cockpit. The engine hatch raises and lowers by simply hitting a button. The cockpit is nice and deep and has full coming pads for comfort. The top of the engine hatch is cushioned for the comfort of your passengers. There are 2 fish boxes in the floor that have a pump for pumping overboard. The large livewell is comfortably located on the forward stbd side of the cockpit and the bait prep and tackle storage center is on the port side. A Fresh water sink is also located here. A full 4 sided canvas enclosure is included and has a zip-up roll-up door here. The Capt and mates chair sit nice and high and visibibity is excellent.

Additional Equipment:
The trailer is a 2008 Vantage triple axle Aluminum I-beam bunk trailer. Carrying capacity of the trailer is 10,600 lbs and there are disk brakes on all 6 wheels.
