2004 Hunter 36 Cruiser/racer in Charlevoix, MI

SELLER DESCRIPTION

This low hour, fresh water only, single owner cruiser is sure to please. The cabin will accomodate two couples or a small family in style and comfort. The sailing sytems are designed for a short handed crew or single handed sailor. Unlike some older boats on the market Adveture offers maximum crew comfort in a mid-size length. It is really hard to belive she is only 36ft long! The boat is located at the owners local mooring here in Charlevoix, a short distance from our Charlevoix location. Please call ahead for an appointment.

Accomodations:
Well laid out interior is nicely finish with appointments. She will sleep a maximum of 7 on 4 berths. The V-Berth forward sleeps two, the interior dinette to starboard converts to sleep two and the master aft cabin has a huge berth to sleep two as well. The port settee in the main salon will accomodate one. The head contains a large open space and has an abundance of storage compartments. The head itself is a manual marine flush toilet. The aft part of the head has a large storage locker and will close off as a shower space as well. The vanity area stays dry.

Galley:
The Galley is nicely finished with wonderful storage spaces, large work surfaces and dedicated counter top trash bin. There is a large double stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water. The refrigerator Freezer combo unit is powered by 12volt/120volt. The Force 10 2 burner stove/oven is fueled with LP gas. The cockpit has a vented LP locker built in and will hold two LP tanks.

Sails and Rigging:
This unique Hunter rig features a no back stay swept back spreader Selden spar. The main rolls into the main mast for simplicity of storage. Two furling lines will have you sailing in just minutes. Also unique is the jib sheet winches which are located aft next to the wheel where they should be for short handed or single handed sailing. No need to trouble the crew when tacking.
