2004 Osprey 24 Fisherman

Accomodations:
The 24'Osprey Fisherman has a full V-berth with a heated and air conditioned cabin. There is sleeping space for 2 adults in the V-berth and space for another on the convertible dinette. The head is a porcelin electric flushing head located in the forward cabin. The headroom and amount of natural light and ventilation is excellent.

Galley:
The galley is located aft of the helm seat and includes a fresh water sink and a Kenyon single burner alcohol stove. There is a 12v Norcold refrigerator for keeping food & drinks cold.

Electrical System:
110v shore power is provided by a aingle 30 amp shore power cord. There is a 110v breaker panel for distributing power to the Battery Charger, AC/Heat system and other 110v equipment (outlets, etc). 12v power is supplied by dual batteries and a selector switch. There is a complete 12v breaker and switch panel for powering all 12v equipment (electronics, pumps, blowers, 12v lights, etc).

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The swim platform runs all the way across the transom and has a built in bracket for a kicker motor. The transom door is located on the stbd stern of the vessel. The cockpit is nice and deep with removable coming pads. The motor box has a large cushion that snaps in place, providing a comfortable place for passengers or sunbathers. There is a cockpit steering station that makes this a great boat to fish alone, and dock by yourself. A cockpit bimini is removable and deploys easily, providing tremendous shade for the entire cockpit. Recessed side walkways combined with a tall strong bow rail make for easy/safe access to and from the bow. The mounded in bow pulpit houses an anchor roller and anchor locker. Anchor and rode included.

Additional Equipment:
Very Ecomonical, this boat cruises at 25 mph while turning 3400 rps's and burning 6 to 7 gph. The engine is civered under the original Volvo-Penta 2+4 engine warranty until 04/30/2010. The full pilot house makes for true "All Weather" boating. The big, secure, lockable cabin door keeps out the rain, cold and bad guys. All 4 sides of the cabin feature opening windows for fresh air and an abundance of natural light. 3 of the 4 sides feature screens for the sliding windown and there is a screen for the forward deck hatch above the V-berth.
