SELLER DESCRIPTION

This yacht is being sold as a SHORT SALE. The final selling price will be determined by the loan holder, all offers are encouraged. Three staterooms and two heads make this a versatile cruiser with enough room for family or guests. The air conditioned flybridge with hardtop is designed for maximum entertaining room.

Accomodations:
Entry to the salon is from a stainless framed glass slider with screen. To starboard is the entertainment center with 27" Toshiba flat screen HDTV operating with a DirecTV receiver with KVH Tracvision self tracking antenna. A Bose sound system has multiple speakers throughout the salon. A couch with storage leads to the galley and on the opposite side is another couch to allow room for entertaining. The galley is open to the main salon to allow whoever is in the galley to be part of activities in the salon. A dinette off the galley is raised so that when seated at the dinette there is good view outside. The high gloss varnished wood table is mounted on special swivel legs to allow the table to move in and out. Below the galley floor is a storage compartment and laundry area with a Splendide 2000 clothes washer and dryer.
