2007 Jersey Cape 31' Center Console , Cardinal Yacht Sales is pleased to offer this like-new 2007 Model Year 31' Jersey Cape for immediate sale. "SALES" was built as the company demo boat for Electronic Marine Concepts, the premier marine electronics outfitter on the east coast. No expense was spared in the construction of the vessel, including its tournament grade electronics outfitting. The new Jersey Cape 31' was designed by fisherman for fisherman. Start with a solid fiberglass hull and foam cored decks for a lifetime of use. Her beautifully smooth lines will get your attention immediately. Not a traditional center console, she features a rounded stern providing a little extra cockpit space when fighting a big fish. Inside you will find full non-skid decks and gunnels, console with enclosed head, fishbox with macerator, custom Pipe Welders fiberglass hardtop, leaning post with integrated storage and forward cooler seat with cushion. Heavy duty stainless steel hardware, DC panel with waterproof switches, dual batteries, hydraulic steering and fuel water separators are all standard features. The Volvo Diesel cruises easily at 30 knots burning just 10GPH, delivering an incredible range of 600NM. Top end speed is 38 knots. The 31'Jersey Cape is quick out of the hole and responsive while delivering a ride that is soft and dry. This new model by Jersey Cape is at home whether chasing stripers inshore, chunking tuna in the canyon, or cruising with the family in the bay.
